At 8000, we strive for perfection in every piece. If your order doesn’t live up to your expectations, we’ve made our return process as seamless as our designs.

RETURN POLICY

  • 14-DAY WINDOW: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • CONDITION: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • EXCLUSIONS: For hygiene reasons, caps and accessories must be returned with all protective seals or branding stickers untouched.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. REGISTER: Contact our support team at Wear8000privat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. PACK: Place the items securely in their original packaging.

  3. SHIP: Send the package to our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund immediately.

  • PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • METHOD: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • SHIPPING COSTS: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
